What 6-8 tonner

I’m looking at adding a 6-8 tonne machine .
I don’t want a newish one , I want one without adblue or dpf. I’d also prefer not to have a common rail engine but I’d have it at a push .
I’m not overly keen on the king post versions I prefer the conventional boom type . The first I ever drove was a hitachi uh031 and it was very capable then a ex60. I know that sumitomo do a conventional boom and I would go for one of these and hitachi have gone from zx70 to zx75 but these are making more than 13 tonners the same age. Does anyone have a zx70 with Isuzu engine ? Any issues with them ?

Sounds like what I have would suit you very well. A case(made by sumitomo) cx 75. Fixed boom with the 3.0l Isuzu engine 2008 so pre DPF or and blue. Hard to find these models though I found. Very smooth, not the quickest swinger but yeah smooth, dig well and nice cab

Zx70 was what I initially was looking for as really wanted fixed boom too but like trying to find rocking horse poo.

If he wants a Mono Boom with an Engcon at 8ton I know there is one coming up in January. 2014 with around 4500hrs. Mine is finished on site early Jan and then all my work is on the 3tonner. So it will be up for grabs.

That’s top of my list . I’ve had such good service out of my cx130 which is also a sumitomo I couldn’t walk past one for sale . Isn’t it time you treated yourself to a newer one and sold me yours !

He has a 2014 CX75 on there at the moment on steels.... Think it's the one 2.2L in it....

Will look on Monday. Pretty sure it is an Isuzu. But it is not Adblue!!
Engcon is 1 year old with EC-oil.
Not sure where it will be price wise but I would think it would be £45k ish with some buckets.
