Doesn't have a price next to it :-( http://www.toysforboys4.eu/en/open-projects/leopard-1-a-3-5-102
Heavy armour isn't usually that expensive due to the size and weight of it and how many people want such a thing. WW2 armour however is silly money.
For those interested this is the go to site for armour http://www.milweb.net/classifieds.php?type=1

Well it's probably easier for you guys to get a hold of something like that considering you're that much closer to where a possible Soviet Invasion would of likely taken place. The Canadian government will only sell used armour to museums friendly countries not to its own citizens that paid for it. I myself would love to have my own Leopard tank especially one of the variants like an ARV or AEV.

I thought I would try and re ignite this thread, As some of you know from the previous forum I like to relax with either doing up backhoe loaders or playing around with Classic cars and also helping the wife with our horses especially our American miniature ones, so here are some pictures the Miniature Horse is Haysden Blofelt (we name them all after Bond villains) who was born just over 14 days ago. in the picture he is just six days old. We also have Micro Dave who famously appeared on the Jonathon Ross show and several morning breakfast tv shows, Google Micro Dave on Jonathon Ross show and you will find him on YouTube!

I also like my cars, Some of you have seen the pictures of one of my rides the Yellow Peril which is a 99 996 with factory fitted GT3 m030 suspension and Bodykit, I love this car! I also had two nice classic air cooled 911 The red one I still have, the Blue one sold a couple of years back and have been looking for something new to buy, Well I can no reveal that she has arrived and is from that famous factory in Maranello. I have wanted a 308 GTB since I was an lad and now I have one I am doing a lot of fettling before I start using it as I want it to be spot on. I will post a few more pics once i get around to taking some. ENJOY.

900SS ;) never had a Ducati ... but would like to build a 1000 Classic sport at some point, fairly local guy has been putting this together for a while and would like to do something similar, couldnt see it ever been a main bike but would be nice for a scratch round early sunday morning :)

Some lovely details there

Nice Duc, I used to have a pin up of a mh900e on my wall as a niper. Always been mad for motorbikes but just recently decided to sell them and buy some sort of small plant. My logic for this is hopefully I will be able to get paid to play with cool stuff, rather than pay to fall off dirt bikes or dodge old bids out on the road.
I just got a mini tracked dumper (TCP) and the next thing will be either a micro digger or a tracked spider cherry picker. Both would be useful to me as I do a far bit of roof repair and fencing work.

I know what you mean about dodging old biddies , I had given up with bikes in the U.K with potholes and rammed roads but were still lucky over here - we still have some lovely surfaced quiet roads to have a blat on and there is a small Trials club not far away with a load of rocky land, clubhouse (hut) for a few beers and a BBQ - great way of unwinding.

recent stuff is

TL1000 S with an R motor in and the usual GSXR forks and what have you ( sold at the weekend ) replaced by a KTM 1290 - only been out a couple of short runs and havent got the chicken strips off that one yet.... The TL1000 was an animal to ride but the KTM is proper roll the tarmac up behind you torquey :p

Hang on im turning this into a bike thread :p

Few pics

Always fancied a tl1000s/r but everyone told me there deadly. What's it like trying to get work over there? I would have thought the frenchies would rather walk bare foot over hot Coals before employing an English.
