well they'd want to be their best quality bolts for sure ...... and'll probably need a good wack or two on the end of the body, with the bolts well dogged

I'd be finding a fitting to screw in that would take a tight fitting high strength pin (could be a blanking plug drilled to take the plain shank of say a 10 mm ht bolt)
Fill the body with grease or thick oil (heat may be needed to get rid of the air) ,push pin in and whack bolt head with a sledge hammer. Assuming that you're got the air out and you have a reasonable fit on the pin the resulting force is really quite large ......very very quite large

aye that might do the trick ... wanna be a bloody good 'condom' fit though ... same trick for getting a spigot bearing out the back end of a crankshaft .. whether it'll have enough volume is the only questionable thing
