Surrey is pretty s**t in just about every way tbh. It is ridiculous how the price of everything gets pushed up here. I massively regret not moving to Herefordshire before COVID but now the WFH crowd have pushed all the prices right up.
And unless labours promise of sorting out the planning comes to fruition I have been told not to bother applying for planning at my old man's place.
