Yanmar vio30 Boom & bucket cylinder problem

Yes it had weird sound im the pump and boom was always bit slower and It sounds like there is not enough oil

Looking at the hose size this is where P1/P2 are fed into the spool valve assy, so the issue you have may be pre-existing

you mean spool block slice, not pump Mick

Right hang on sounds like there is a restriction, after the pump, before the cylinder, switch the hoses back on the cylinder, change them over on the pump(picture of pump)

Just changed the hoses P1-P2 nothing happend still slow and weird noise

So i also tried to adjust the relief valve when I screw it clockwise full It doesnt do anything on that cylinder so I changed the valve and still nothing

full clockwise will almost certainly prevent it operating and likely overload the pump if dead ending anything on that service -- maybe there is already damage to that PRV ? or possibly the slice??

I understand but i adjusted it slowly aprox. 1/4 turns clockwise and just the boom slice

Common denominator is both services bucket/boom supplied by same pump, same side of valve section, do you get the noise when using X1 hammer circuit?

No i have t noticed it on hammer circuit

So the noise is located at the pump when it comes up against the restriction in the valve block or the ARV on that pump side of the block

Sorry for late response,i had some guys from Bosnia to repair it but they didnt want to tell me what he real problem was,they just said the angle on the hydraulic pump was set wrongly
