Are these for mounting on the front? I have work spots and driving spots. The driving spots have main beam function and daytime running lights.

No for mounting on sides and rear as work lights. Rear ones are combined work/reverse.

Have these nice oval ones. 24w lights. 1.8amps at 12 volts. I have more powerful and less powerful ones. Square and round.

Do these lights create ‘noise’ that interferes with the radio?

I can't say 100% that they don't as any equipment I've fitted it to hasn't had radios. But I haven't had any problems from silage contractors that I've supplied lights to.
