Looks a proper job though ... one above was like 15ft high straight and about 80 ft long with a bank behind it - retainer - looked like it was struggling to self support, let alone hold concrete ... will see if i can get a pic of what eventually ended up there next time I'm in town

Cracks appearing this morning in line with the spacer pipes I put in to hold the width

What depth are you setting the spacer pipes??

The spacer is 180 down and 180 up roughly every 2m along the shutters.
It's roughly 1.65M3 and we put in 32 bags of cement. It was a bit too runny for my liking will go a little dryer for next one tomorrow.
We haven't bothered with rebar as it's only really a dead weight base for the fence to sit on. On the left hand side we might tie in to the concrete slab that'll be approx 80mm below the top of the form when done.

I'd put some rebar in there may help a bit even if just above tie holes

I've done a couple sections and all seems fit but the forms are starting to get a bit of concrete film build up on the inside, what the simple solution to bush on to prevent it sticking to the forms?

Shutter oil is cheap enough
