Didn't quite know where to put this sh1t ..... lining themselves up for when they all lose their jobs shortly :mad:

" Special medals for MPs who are standing down or have been voted out are among suggestions to make the job more attractive to newcomers.
A committee of MPs claims a lack of job support for ex-politicians could put people off a career in Parliament.
Other ideas in their report include certificates for "core skills" gained as an MP to help them find work.
Ex-MPs should also get 18 months of job advice and support to avoid a post-politics "career cliff", it adds. " :oops:o_Oo_O:censored::mad:

" More than 200 MPs have received earnings in the last year on top of their £81,932 annual salary. The extra earnings range from £50 a year to almost £1m. " and that's without their bottomless pit expenses claims

" Sir Geoffrey Cox, who was attorney general during the height of the Brexit negotiations, has registered almost £900,000 in the last year for around 1,000 hours of legal work.
This included travelling to the British Virgin Islands (BVI) to advise on a corruption inquiry. He was there for a number of weeks, meaning he was carrying out his work as an MP - including voting - from the Caribbean.

Sir Geoffrey has been referred by Labour to the Parliamentary Commissioner for Standards for apparently taking part in a virtual meeting for a client while in his Commons office. "

'praps it'd be better in the 'this ****ing stinks' thread 🤬🤬

They are being so stupid it does make you wonder if there is an alternative agenda. In the past I have always put it down to stupidity or jealousy of the rich, but Sunak etc aren’t unintelligent or poor. If I was charitable I would say they were overwhelmed and unable to think straight.

they're basically trying to push anything, other than electric crap carts, off the roads, for which they all pay a tax to use already. MOT emissions targets are being lowered year on year by 30-50% annually .... next years 'cull' is likely to be massive.
there'll shortly be more vehicles on the road 'illegally', than legally, if they keep it up

I know there is leading by example and all that but if the figures are true and u.k is responsible for 2% of carbon emissions then it could sink into the sea and make no difference.
