now THAT is some hook ... double ram's horn ... imagine the lathe / horizontal borer that machined the swivel on that ........... and the lump of metal the hook was forged from :oops::oops::giggle:

A hook like that I forge in less than an hour with a 1 kg hammer on my 41 kg anvil
no problem whatsoever :sick::LOL::ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO:

I'll assume he got good training in rigging and D rigging on this project o_O:p

It looks like they will just drop the reinforcement cage into the caisson

And yes, it looks like they intend to hoist a more or less finished reinforced mold down into the caisson

The caisson is just to give them a dry place to work while they cast the bridge foundation
The caisson will be removed when the pillar has been cast and hardened
