how's this for a beast of a machine from a few years back -- this is one crane

sadly I have failed to find a pic of either fully rigged

did however find a decent pic of a Coles Victor 10 ton-er ....... my first mobile crane ... was a good old tool and somewhere I have some paper pix of mine

Typically French novelty ... 250kgs max - no idea at what radius though ... if the second pic is anything to go by, that's not a bad lift for such a little thing .... you look like you've found a breeding pair there Kev

gotten to 30 min.s in and have to say I am impressed at the little fella's ingenuity ...
must be E Asia somewhere, where you can pick up all the bits so far used, real cheap and off the shelf, at the local market, from what I've seen of @Gecko 's shopping expeditions

fair play to the lad ..... that was some ingenious build .. think he might want to uprate his lacing cables for the boom, if he's planning on lifting anything heavy and his tailweight rack looked a little under-spec.ed, but on the whole there were some stokes of genius in some of the ways he utilised what he had ... sadly he has no idea of Akerman linkages on the steering, but his MO for it was very clever
