Finalising details for delivery of the newET18 today and the dealer offered me a very keen deal on an ex demo(6 hrs) EZ50, In fairness I think it’s basic spec(no aircon,2way aux) but that should be fine,
Anyone had any experience of them or positive/negative opinions?

Nothing at all… not sure that’s a good thing or not, because i don’t think I’ve ever seen or heard anyone with one at all?
Ez80 are meant to be pants if that’s helpful 🤔

So do you need a 5t machine in your life? Or is it just because it sounds a bargin?

I’m looking to change this kubota, ideally for another low houred but the couple I’ve seen with 1000ish hours have been 30k or more.
The reach and depth on the WN are comparable and a five t. and 3 ton dumper plus buckets will fit very legally on the 18 ton truck I still don’t have yet🙄.
The chance of a new machine at late secondhand money is just annoyingly tempting really.
The other plus is the new 2 t and a5 could in time be versatile enough to do away with the 3t and maybe 3cx.Maybe🤔

Well if you're looking for a direct replacement then that sounds like a good idea. It's a tricky market and a tricky size machine to sell, so I'd be pushing for more discount, at at least some genuinely valuable freebies, especially seeing as you're buying two machines.
