Volvo ECR48C intermittent fuses blowing

Hi, I have a volvo ECR48C, 2012 model with an intermittent electrical problem. Any one of 3 fuses blow, but sometimes I can use the digger all day with no issues, next time I use it the fuses blow (maybe one fuse, 2 or all 3). If I replace them they might blow again almost straight away, or might last all day and even 2 days of soild use. Fuses affected are all 10amp, and one controls the slew break and third service, the other the travel levers, and the third the ignition (The ignition is the least often fuse to blow, maybe only once in like 10 days of use)

I have replaced the fuses with 15amp which seems to help lasting a bit longer, but obviously not an ideal solution. Any higher rating than that would probably be a fire risk. From speaking to a few people, they seem to think the problem may lie in the wiring loom under the cab, which apparently on the 'C' models was situated too close to the bodywork and can wear.

My biggest problem seems to be finding someone who can fix it!! Everyone I speak to comes up with what might be wrong, but all seem too busy or unwilling to come out and fix the problem. I am based near Chesterfield. I live on a farm and only have the 1 digger, so I get the impression I'm just not important enough for any of the bigger companies to bother with.

Is there anyone out there with the necessary technical skills that would be willing to come to travel to Chesterfield and hopefully fix the problem?

Anyone.....

think you may have answered your own Q .... are you not able to do a simple visual inspection of said possibility, if only to rule it out?

It’s what I do!
Are you able to dive in if given guidance? Plenty of help here but you are going to need to be hands on bit! It would be a less expensive outcome for you, photos are always good.
