Yes it pulls to the left when going up a small incline I had to turn sideways and go backwards and forwards to get up the hill, if that makes sense?
Can you ease off on the ‘good’ track enough to get it tracking straight? Or will it go to the left whatever speed your going?

Yes the left hand pipe was swapped to the right side and the problem was still in
the left side. I’m not sure about the flow test, I will check with the company on Monday and confirm. Thanks again
Where were the pipes “swapped” ?

the flow and return are just reversed in two ports so a blockage in one will affect flow in both directions
yeah I was thinking more simplistic.. one direction and not the other can rule out loads of things 😉

I'm looking forward to finding out exactly what the problem is here. It certainly doesn't inspire confidence that supposedly competent engineers from Volvo and wherever have just been throwing parts at the machine without specifically determining the cause of the problem in the first place.
Are good diagnostic and troubleshooting skills remnants of the past?

At the repair company they have a white line down on a flat road where they tested it. pulling to left within 10 yard.

Goodness me, a white line! What next, a miniature submarine with miniature engineers inserted into the hydraulic system to track down the issue?

It’s what I do!
How old is the machine? Are the track spools mechanically controlled or servo? Which track is at fault? (Blade at Front, left or right?)

Blade at front, left track. unfortunately I don’t have hydraulic schematic.
machine is a 2013
2809 hours
not sure whether the spools are mechanically controlled or servo

Ok this might be a long process! But it’s just time! Can you get a good of the pump, valve block from above (showing the hoses)

My first call would be to have the floor plates up and check for debris though that might be what pressure wash the machine is if the pumps been changed I'd be tempted to adjust the leaver for the good track so it doesn't give as much movement.

Are you sure it's not stuck in high speed tracking (the light may go out but the solonoid needs checking

Good shout on the two speed, but I think the supply is single and T’d off at the rotary joint, and didn’t he say he had new motors? Unless one hose is blocked from the rotary to the motor!

been swapped over apparently ... but as I have said ... has anyone checked any adapters for blockages??? :unsure:

Maybe had a broken off one and only one they could find was a restrictor!
had crossed my mind but the OP hadn't mentioned anything like that and said it just occurred ??? ... in light of all else having been checked I'd be looking at them for a blockage TBH .... especially as the motors've been replaced and pressures supposedly checked (together with flows, which I find strange, if being reported as fine) .... could possibly be back flowing to case drains if a port is THAT restricted ??? :unsure:

If it were mine, at this stage, I think I’d get a few hoses made up (I realise there’s a cost to this) so I could link the left track to the right, and right to left, but at the track motors. So everything was untouched before the motors, you’d simply have the pipe work extend so right was left etc. that would eliminate everything on the track frame, motors etc.
if this test proved that the fault was not in anything on the track frame, I’d swap the hoses at the spool block and test again. Hopefully then proving the fault is before or after the spool block. I know there’s a lot going on there, but at least it’s narrowing things down.

It still feels like it could be a rotary coupling issue to me, although this has been checked I think? But they also threw two new track motors at it before checking the rotary! Which seemed like madness to me, so anything is possible.
