Volvo ec25 exhaust breaking

Wondering if anyone has experienced this with a volvo ec25. Second time in a year the exhaust hast broken in two where it connects to the manifold. Seems to be a lot of vibration from the engine but I'm not sure why its happening because the silencer is mounted to the engine as well so its all one piece effectively.

Trying to figure out how to prevent this happening but not sure how

1st check should be the engine mounts, if they look ok, get a bar or lever in them and see it the rubber has come un bonded.

Check cooling fan! If mounts are gone it hits radiator cowling.

Thanks. I will check the mounts tomorrow although I think they are okay but will make sure. Engine rattles about worse at low revs. Still don't know why its breaking since the exhaust is bolted to the engine

but how well and is it properly aligned when all dogged up .... bit of stress in any direction'll help it on its way PDQ

You're right and it's paper thin tbh. Lasted 8 years with me before it went though
