Vintage dumper identification

Hello, can anyone help me to identify my dumper, I have e-mailEd most of the major manufacturers and no one is laying claim to it.

I am beginning to suspect it’s a bit of a Frankenstein’s monster but it must have started life life as a particular model.

I’m interested in restoring it but I need to indenting it first, any help would be greatly appreciated.

Looks similar to this one we had, but I think that might have been a winget? But was 2004
