Bought a new wee van (new to us ) for Sandy , he drives the plant when I’ve lost patience ! He’s a good lad ( in case he’s found the forum) and the vans well overdue for him .
I can’t drive just now so Mrs P has been doing the chauffeuring . She had to move the new van for the boys to get the tipper trailer out and she caught the fence and put a wee dent in the side off it 🫣 It is small though and whilst I was tempted to get it sorted I think it’s not worth it on a van of it’s age . Still annoying though . Mrs P was gutted and I couldn’t say too much when she’s doing All the driving 🤐 It’s going in on Tuesday for a bit of signwriting then it’ll get a 100l fuel tank and a wee bit of racking done

Same as what was on her . I got very good service out of the first set . I bought these from an outfit in the midlands and I think I paid about 170 a tyre for them with a tube and valve when I was getting quoted min 250 from local tyre fitters so I was delighted with that .

I always use BKTs on my stuff from BigTyres ☺️

Tread is good but they are so perished that they’re buckled😳
And I couldn’t even seal a puncture with sticky string stuff 😬
My brother also called Graham, is so tight that he laughs at me changing tyres before they fail 🤪
So I dumped them in a black bin bag in his yard. He was really chuffed 🤣

The thing is that I have a yard full of ‘come in handies’ an SWMBO has ordered, “You gotta clear that stuff out before you pop yer clogs. I don’t want to be left with it” :oops:
So me and Ryan have been sorting through and selling stuff, dumping it or giving it away.
The last to go will be my machines when i’m very old :devilish:

Mrs P says she might do the hauling but you will not see her in a man cage hanging from a duck regardless who’s driving it !
