do it as well as you can,but learn to do it better
Yes its tidy,, thats the sort of thing I was going to put on my 3t swivel to drive along side of trenches to gravel up but like many of my non essential projects...it hasn't happened yet 🙄
Nice with the central chute.
I was using the Thwaites stoning up along side the drive, years ago ... could've done with one then .... Pam nigh on buried me a couple of times with too strong a tug on the tip lever

didn't dare run an 8 wheeler up the drive with the drain open and didn't have much room to tip 'em, let alone turn one round, so asked the neighbours, who own the fields, if i could tip 40 ton on their turning area

Pix just took some finding
this lot was one mother of a rock right in the run .... came out in very hard fought/won bits

and that's the repaired phone wire I found, 4 inches below the surface ..... the one BT told me ran up the other side of the drive :mad::mad:

Old fella used to have that made to suit thwaites 3 tonner but i think it got cut up and used for something else once we got swivel 6 tonner.
We have over a 1000m to do this year and it would be a time-saver to be able to creep along the side of the trench instead of shunting back and forth.
But in soft ground it needs to be a bit further from the trench than they are as standard.
