Couple of interesting documentaries on the murky world of finance. Did you know the square mile, known as the city of London, is not part of the UK? But a country/jurisdiction in its own right, much like like the Vatican.

I’ve seen videos where people were talking about this. But not hunted for the info myself.
It’s the City of London which is the old City within a City, the City of Westminster came after the City of London.
The city of London has its own laws, government, police etc.

Yup but it's actually got County status so runs it's own police etc...think the conspiracy theorists got mixed up and added a extra R for effect

This is happening live tonight right in JD450's back yard a bit of history in the making for Corwall and the UK's first satellite into space from UK soil, Needless to say none of our mainstream tv channels are patriotic enough to cover it from take off to Ignition and flight.

Watched through to the 747 returning, Unfortunately the Satellite suffered a failure just before what they call second burn, What a bummer lets hope they find out what caused the failure and get another satellite into the sky from Cornwall real soon, Good luck and best wishes to all involved can't wait for the next one, These events are pioneering and exciting there have only been 5 launches of satellites from planes so this is all still in its relative infancy and a great thing for the UK to be a part of.
