Mine failed outside of 12 months and they offered my 50% off a new one, I asked is the code universal as might upgrade which they aren't but they gave me a code for the next one up. Can only use their website for delivery in the us or Canada

I did think that, looks like they are now going to do it a different way and somehow do a different way to do the change/upgrade.
