hi, i have a kx027-4 and a kx060-5 with a rototilt r2 unit , sadly I don't get enough use out of them as would want to with a full time desk job , however my weekends are spent doing one job or the other was out at 7am, first light this morning !

i started of with the kx027 a good few years back as I have about 30 acres, old farm , farmhouse, dilapidated is the best way to describe it - i slowly learned the basics by hiring in machines, then decided to take the plunge on the 2.6ton Kubota , loved it and thats where the problem started these damn machines are infectious , I've been told in no uncertain terms by the missus that I am not allowed to buy anything else ! To be fair I think i've saved a fair bit doing things myself or at least thats how I try and justify it to myself :)

That does look suspiciously like a menage in your profile picture 🙂 , is she already batting on a sticky wicket on her objections to your "unnecessary spending" 🤔😁

yes..... a very expensive different thing especially combined with the iDig..... i know the religous arguments that breakout over tiltys, cost vs performance etc.... but I can honestly say that it allowed me to tackle a whole range of work that would normally have required different machines and at least 2 people by myself...my only justification was when I'm finished with it I would sell it and still have good residual value -- but the thought of parting wth it wakes me up in a cold sweat

You don't have to sell the 6t/tilty/idig setup to me :) I've had the tilty coming up 2 years and on my 6t and it's transformed the way we do and get things done, saves time/labour but just as important makes life so much easier 👌
