Tbf ive seen some tipper drivers struggle in 'n out of the cab. This is evolution of the species..and another unusual truck ...... can't decide if the seller is a scammer or not ?

Not ex bin lorry it's been built like that. Come to London and you will see loads of lorries built with these cabs. So much so that Volvo and scania have started building low cabs too although theirs are essentially existing cabs bolted to the front 9f the chassis rails.
