Don't complain - suggest what's better
My two new Bateson trailers are due to arrive at the end of the month after ordering them in September. I've already had someone approach me to buy one of the old ones, but I have no idea what they might be worth. They are both Bateson PT66 tripple axle tilt bed trailers with sides. One has built in tailboard (year 2016) and the other has underslung ramps year 2018). Today they cost £5600 plus VAT without sides and £6225 plus VAT with sides. They have both done a lot of miles, but have always been properly serviced.
Couldn't find any online to compare. What do you think? Picture is off their advertising brochure. Mine the galvanising has dulled, but unlike my Ifors it is not rusty.

I'd actually say 2-3k knowing about Grahams business and ethics. Ultimately I'd say they would push to 4k if you where a little shy with the truth.

Looking at completed listings on ebay there's a bateson tri axle 18' tilt bed car trailer that went for £3500 in April.

They must make some money....
Yup...
On the "domestic" eBay we get reduced fees etc offers . Often you can sell for a quid or not much more so we wait for them for flogging kit.
As ripoff as it is for some stuff like saws etc it's a flippin easy way of selling.
