did you ask 'em what you're supposed to do about all the others that're fooked???

My take on it is:-

Parts not moving allows lube to migrate.

The uncovered surfaces then rust.

After that its all down hill.

Just like parts that dont move seize up.

Use it & it wears out, dont use it & it seizes up.

just seen this .... there shouldn't be enough room in there for the lube to migrate ... should be well packed, with just sufficient room for heat expansion
