Tipping trailer for Rubber Duck

Looking for opinions on trailer makes for my Liebherr 914 Compact. The people ive asked so far came back with either EMA or Jacksta trailers , any other make in the running as it will need to be well made / built twin axle and in the 8/10 Ton range.

I used to have a little Herbst multipurpose dump trailer which would have thought would be handy behind a duck. It's low sided, flat bottomed for scraping out of etc. Think it was 10 ton gross from memory and weighed 2.5 ton empty. 6mm steel body

Will this Be a special purpose built trailer or do you intend getting a short heavy duty low dropside tipper with ball and spoon hitch? I've had a trailer built for me by Stewart Trailers before but I've heard they have been mega busy and orders are a year in the making. That's probably out of date lead times, I've no idea of current lead times

I'd second that, we have one and it would be ideal behind a Duck.
They will also custom build for you

You need a strong trailer for behind a duck if the floor is too thin you'll push it down scooping stuff out of it

Mine is a little too narrow at 3inches wider than the ditching bucket it means I can't fill it with the ditcher without making a mess and can't scoop out of it without it being square to the machine.

Mine was a twin ram trailer but I've recently taken one off and moved it to the middle it wasn't coming down on its own with 2 rams and needed help from the bucket with one ram it seems to come down fine

Given choice I'd have a auto tailgate I tend to run mine unlocked for site use bt it would be nice if it locked
