the bucket is almost 7 meters wide, holds 20 cubic meters and weighs 20 tons alone.

It depends on the type of stone which in this mine is 1.6 to 2.8 tons M3 which means that a bucket full will be between 32 and 56 tons

Saw a good documentary about wheeled loaders and dumpers years ago. It said the only reason they couldn’t make them bigger is that the moulds for the tyres are at their limit for the vulcanising machines.

I always think the bucket looks wrong for its size as a loading shovel gets bigger
The bigger they are the smaller looking the bucket

It is because that a wheel loader bucket is not calculated by volume but by the weight of the metrialet it is to handle

A wheel loader that is allowed to drive on the road its bucket is about 3 M3 X 2 tons = 6 tons which is about 1/4 of its weight while this wheel loader bucket holds 20 cubic meters = 40 tons which is about 1/4 of its weight
