I was on a job last week, talking to guy said their fuel bill has gone up massively since introducing 20 . They have sent proper data to the the pricks in Cardiff along with a load of other firms data. The aholes won't even reply![]()

It’s all fixable and any buyer needs to go in with their eyes open! A building in the side of a hill is a damp-magnet due to basic physics.I did sell the place & was given a bit longer to clear it as work was not due to start on the modernization for a while. It all looked pretty sick after I had removed all furniture. The kitchen is built into the valley side so damp. The new owner did not realize this fact until it was already hers!!! I lived there myself 1961 to 85. A bigger family meant more heat on so the damp problems were less. Also I gather weather has become much wetter lately, not helping. Solicitor then took ages to finally sort things
