My Grandad used to have to deliver milk Into Plymouth in early mornings which used to overlap with late raids. Apparently he didn’t care for it very much! Can’t say it sounds like much fun :-(

Bomb squad for down this way is based in Plymouth and navel base there used what they had to handexactly ... and knowing the state of the roads generally and particularly in Plymouth (as baaaaad as round here) I would no way wanna be driving that .... as said, they have the area cleared and it's not like they don't have every resource know to man ..... fly it out
Plymouth was hit hard during the war probably still loads more in the ground
