You should think about adding a nice little S30 manual coupler and buckets instead of the horrendous manual couplers that some micros have

I like it, it’s got plenty power in the tracks and I’ve had no issues with it yet. The width is great as well, it’s about 680mm I think. The only thing wrong with it is the tipping angle, it struggles to empty the skip properly. I’ve thought about adding a plate in the bottom of the skip to lessen the angle but it’s well down my list of jobs to do

It is a pet hate of mine, people talk about the build height of tiltrotators.... but pound for pound the height of some semi hitches on micros is just horrible

What kind of money are you talking for a hitch and 3 buckets to fit a micro?

If your worried about build height on a micro just pin the buckets on like God intended...... If that's a hardship I suggest taking your manicured, soft moisturised hands back to the spa and asking them to give you a lobotomy.

And use cavity wall ties instead of linch pins, far cheaper and don't get lost half as often

Hoping to share some stuff with my kx016-4 on 30mm wind up hitch

I do this with my Bobcats- it works great. Ripper and grapple fit either machine, and I'm also a big fan of using the micro 600 with a flat edge on the larger machine for things like front garden digouts. You get much more feel through a lighter bucket.

I have a wind up hitch (Hardford ProLock) on my E10 and it's good. I still have the option of direct mounting on the micro for a day's reduce digging or some tough stump ripping. It's only a couple of minutes to remove hitch and pin bucket on direct, but I like the quick hitch for easy of changing on landscape jobs plus you don't get s**t all over the greasy pins.

Yes, I have a bmc one on my tilt hitch and access is a lot better for an impact gun and socket.
