OK got it now and some idea of a scale .... thought it was dried up pond weed and twigs

spose it might be

but the colour's a bit on the faded side if it is

More of a mini rant than actual work, changed the spark plugs on the car yesterday, which seems to be one of them jobs that takes at least 50% longer due to the rubber sticking to the plug and then trying to fish it back out with the socket which them becomes a Mish mash of either the extension bar not staying in the socket or if it actually manages to pull the socket out the stupid rubber still being on the plug

try a Renault 16 ...... buried in the middle of the head with 6" long suppressor caps .... if you didn't have the right size spanner with a rubber insert to grip the plug they were a nightmare .... and make sure you blew the holes out first........ in case there was anything down there that shouldn't have been

These were buried deep in the top of the head, still not as bad as the glow plugs on the ranger which requires removing the top of egr and the inlet manifold
