I jest. But imagine if it was a big national that was called .£150 plus vat and I’ll always get the call from the managing agent. Only took an hour.

That's a day! Not sure about yellow on red thoughstarted new job this week at big 1500 acres estate and stately home on the other side the valley to by parents place, been working for 2 years on LinkedIn and other place to get in with them as they are a different region to our usual crowd.
the job before got put back a week because the head ranger was on jury duty so couldn't approve the PO so knock on, meaning right hand man was on holiday this week, had my lad for 2 days but was mainly moving barriers and welfare so inly got stuck into it on Wednesday on my own.
5 ton was meant to come here but when 16 ton limestone turned up for moorland bridge job they informed me had to be gritstone for sssi so 5 ton had to stay there,
job was to sort flooding carpark and replace some old gullies and pipe work
so got cracking at it properly Thursday Thursday night "oh we need car park back for weekend" so yesterday 5am start, went to yard across valley got loaded up, gates don't open till 8.30am and locked at 8pm was on site for 8.25
none stop all day getting 3 gulleys plumbed into a tiny man hole 3 180mm cores cut, 150mm twin wall joining with seals is fun on your own, then stone wagon was late yesterday so id gone when it had turned up id sprayed on ground tip here, he' d tipped 20 meters further in right in middle of car park 20 ton clean stone. started filling trench with 3 ton and grading bucket tracking back and forth
next thing track exploded! not that old or worn not sure why it did but had noticed weird dent in side of it, had tensioned them 2 days before to 4" slack when lifted
lucky I had 1.2 ton with me but no comparison in reach or moving stuff to 3 ton, got dad to bring me 1 ton dumper at 5pm across from yard as concrete was on for 3
got concreted and managed to move stone to side hay making it 3 times with 1.2 ton felt so slow then had to move all barriers in dark in big empty carpark with the stags around grunting and a single upstairs light on in Statley home... like some horror movie lol
was cream cracker'd one of those days you never stop
5.30am left home 10.35 got home
should have taken 5 ton and 3 ton dumper and leave a bit more time between jobs but everyone rushing for work, also need another person on the team
got my eye on messiriri 1 ton self loading dumper as well or a wheeled loader etc need something that can load and carry
back to it next week to get it finished off
