Fires on first crank over...52hrs from new ....installed..over 28 years ago..
Best bit... last time it was refuelled ...17 years ago! still half full and runs sweet as.

Old diesel doesn't suffer the same problems as old petrol then? Saying that 17 yr old petrol was probably back when it was good stuff.

Roads around us recently surfaced dressed, literally running like a rover of tar! Absolute bullcrap way of surfacing a road! Now everything is covered in tar

HVO is a great choice for this sort of job. 10 year life apparently

How hot has it been over with you. Think it hit 35° today and that was bad enough without sitting in a greenhouse of a digger with no AC!

in reality not a lot hotter than you I wouldn't of thought, we're not far away , but truck and digger both read 43

Be keen to see what throughput it has. £165 represents about 6-7ton of usable stone these days .

Yep I’ve got about 20-30 tonnes of mixed hardcore to wack through it. Probably hire it for two days when my grandsons are about and should give me some useful stuff to use around here
