It's a minefield out there with food once you start looking into what your eating.I try and eat clean as I can- venison, fish organic veg etc but you never really know whats going on unless you grow it or kill it yourself sadly.
Problem is even organic stuff probably still has s**t in it from injections etc.

That Eddy Abbew comes out with some interesting ideas. I agree with alot of the gist of what he says - minimum artificial/processed stuff, but think 16 eggs a day is probably a bit over the top too. As my mother always says everything in moderation. Actually I found that since I stopped taking crappy snacks into work about a year or two back like Bakewell tarts and crisps I haven't really felt the desire for them either.

I watched a clip of him linked on here when he first appeared and that was enough - seemed an arrogant pumped up cock to me.
Met him a bit back , actually pretty decent and offered to teach my lad some welding.

Obviously a spades a spade type guy and snowflakes don't survive long in that game...
Don't watch a huge amount of his stuff but seems to be doing something right.

Maybe I got the wrong end of the stick (but it’s probably me being a snowflake that’s the problem 😂)?

Big job on tonight building an excavator from scratch 🤣
Trying to be sociable and stay in same room as the wife rather than pissing about in the shed. Daughter #1 bought me a set of Chinese technic back in the summer. First dark wet night seems a good time to break it out :)

Yeah he's pretty open was a bad boy years ago but think if you are good with him he'll lookout for you and is good at what he does. Trying to get youngsters involved in the various trades too

don't think it's going to fare well in the oven though - not without something to baste it with, anyway .... or under the grill :ROFLMAO:

Do you know what - these Lego style kits are really popular 😊
Terry my 89 year old widower neighbour opposite has now built dozens of the complex Lego kits. My immediate neighbour recovering from a hip operation is doing a F1 car kit. Even my 44 year old daughter does them. Makes you think

I think he speaks a lot of sense, the amount of hidden rubbish in everyday food is horrific .
I gave up refined sugar years ago,do’nt each much dairy and very very little processed foods,I am still amazed at the daily consumption of crap by a lot of guys at work. It’s amazing how many 40/50 year old blokes eat a toddlers dream picnic on a twice daily basis. Each to their own but like you say moderation and common sense is the key really.

Same here our diet at home is clean, limit refined sugar and processed food, what you said made me laugh cos a bloke started helping me (in his 50's ) his lunch first day was 2 bars of chocolate and a can of coke , couldn't help but ask him htf he expected to perform on that 🤦‍♂️

Cut and collect yesterday afternoon. It rained slightly twice but then did brighten up and in the end I did in six hours what id allowed two days for so happy days. Dual wheels and tyre studs making all the difference, a great cheap investment. Surprisingly soft underneath and I know I’d have been struggling turning uphill without them
