Tesco are now putting loads of s**t in and on their fruit.
Salt contains 1 of the ides as in cyanide
Ham injected to keep pink colour
Bread full of crap

It's a minefield out there with food once you start looking into what your eating.I try and eat clean as I can- venison, fish organic veg etc but you never really know whats going on unless you grow it or kill it yourself sadly.

I was tempted to try that Holy that welderfabber uses but checked the ingredients and there was s**t in there.
