I think I need to sell a bit of gear
followed by " why have you got two drills " (pedestals) ... commentary went quiet, as I fed two lengths of angle through, piloting and then banging a 13mil through in one pass , then proceeded to pull out all the gear necessary to conduct the sump repair yesterday afternoon, with no dramas/bodges/grief.
That would be a useful tool.

I've 'always' got too much until there's a 'can you just' or a 'how can we? ' or a 'have you got?' or a ' are you able to repair/fix/put this back together?
then having the right bit of kit/tool/nut/bolt/washer/screw/spare/whatever is just a 'happy coincidence'

It looks similar to ‘circular garden’ planting which can be done in very arid climates (ie desert) - hardier trees are planted on top of the banks and they provide shade and help the soil retain moisture within the ditches, allowing more desirable crops to flourish.Hmmmm I don't know exactly.
