Cracking on with this, most of the fencing up today, 4 posts to do tomorrow then clear up.
Been giving the fire regular attention, reduced the pile by a hell of a lot compared to just letting it smoldering. Melted the end of my blower though ๐Ÿคฃ๐Ÿคฃ๐Ÿคฃ
A Stihl BG86 will fit perfectly into a gutter downpipe with a socket coupler solvent welded to the end. I use them all the time- cheap sacrificial pipes. I always have a pack on the shelf with the couplers fitted ready.

I'll rember that next time I'm having a big fire ๐Ÿ‘
Battery mak was ideal for this one, only got 'restyled' as I was carried away with listening
to the 'jet noises' coming out the fire, not about why they had started happening ๐Ÿ˜† ๐Ÿ˜‚

Got fill in and compacted the bomag 200kg is my new favourite plate, quiet low vibration in handle and good compaction. Got 40 tons of 40mm clean recycled in on conveyors but brought the mot in down the ramps with dumper as easier to spread and grade out without them in the way.

1000013202.jpg
then a blat to the bike shop to book the beast in for its "big" 30k service, 2 tyre's, chain and sprockets which was a nasty 1500โ‚ฌ with the vat !! Then tea at the coast and a nippy blast home, havent been on ot for weeks and it's an impressive thing especially when it's breathing in cold evening air and spitting it out as flames !

I've started buying cone signage for everything now. Admittedly not much roadside stuff but just find them cheap and easy to store away.
