Cheers, pretty pleased with it,only real bad point is the really uncomfortable seat (exaggerated lumbar support bump thing).

Pains me to be stuck in the workshop today when it’s finally not raining, but the ground probably needed to dry and Kirkland were out to investigate dodgy hydraulics on the new tractor. They couldn’t find anything so it’s got to go back to their workshop 
it’s also not lifting to spec/like the old one- luckily I have the old one and the equipment/know how to measure this so I don’t get fobbed off! Spec is 910kg at link tips, old one is doing 930kg (link arms are slightly shorter than standard). Swapped these link arms onto new machine- only 670kgs. Hopefully it’s all related or just a relief valve that wants adjusting.
I took the opportunity to improve the e19 piping arrangement for the tiltrotator. It’s much better and very close to how it should be. Just need to get @CPS to make me some thermoplastic pipes that are spot on for this and again for the new e27 once I’ve measured that up.

Handy scales those, anything special or just an ebay job? Just eBay. I have 300kg and 1000kg, but the be fair the 1000kg seems just as accurate at lower weights.Handy scales those, anything special or just an ebay job? Well what should have been a crap day has turned out OK really.
Got to a site where my tracked dumper was on hire at 7.15 to put the track back on, total mud bath but a couple of boards down and job done, 10 minutes, until...
Ran the track round in the air, bugger, that's a funny angle, ah, tear half way through it.
Bit of googling, on the phone at 8, on the road from Hertford to Thame by 9.
Got there for 10 after a remarkably pleasant drive down the m40, quick stop for a browse round StowAg, finally remembered some blow lamp gas. Back to site for 12:30, both tracks on and away by 1.30.
Then I sold the flail I bought a couple of weeks ago for a very nice profit- didn't actually need it on the job I had in mind, and it would take a lot of Normal mowing to pay its way so i listed it last night.
Amazing how much better the day seems when you've got a bit of cash in your pocket AND the sunshine shining

Yeah top bit of kit, can't go wrong with a gx enginenice looking little flail that
Just not going to need it for what I thought, and after buying it and the chipper in the same week I'd rather cash it in for a 60% profit than have it sitting

Had to take down a silver birch that was rotten and in danger of falling in the next storm 
Trouble was that SWMBO kept picking arguments with me not to do it
It gave the 029 a serious workout today
It got so hot that it carried on ticking over when I hit the kill switch

Nah, this is PlantTalk and I did use a dumper to pull it over using a snatch block
And I used a FLT to move the trunks and slice ‘em up
