£27 a ton here. A couple of quid cheaper for 40mm Scalpings. Didn't seem that long ago it was around the £18 mark
Thinking about it that was 10 ton lorry prices. Cheaper if 20 ton.

My Hilux is £500 from a main dealer.. so I’d expect it’s nearer to 1k probably?? Do confirm @Furniss
Local firm , they did the pads on it last year and seemed decent -so thought well with them it keeps service record straight, reckoned to thoroughly check it over with nothing to report, and grease it round.
Its always dearer over here, just over top end of Rory estimate, so i guess not a pisstake, anyone willing to crawl around under trucks deserves a living.

was going to ask what 'sort' of garage, but then saw your next post
£250-£500 depending on thoroughness
's what I'd expect for a good job

's a very good price for Rimula ... bought 40L of R4X a while back and that was 83 quid a 20l drum ... where'd you find it at that ?

250 seems fairly optimistic when you figure in oil and filters, checked round tonight pulling skip back on and they have greased even the hard to reach nipples on the hook gear so seems fairly promising, I grease it weekly anyhow but didnt want to seem ungrateful, hard to find anyone who gives a f@#k nowadays.

Oil and filters swapped on my lorry are not eye-watering at all. Most expensive bit is air filter at £58 but that's because it's an obscure size due to it been moved to fit the crane on.

Rory is right on what he's said.

Ruff old place is Plyumuff. Spent 4 years of night school there and worked many of building sites 20+ years ago.
not quite as rough as Pompey, but like many naval ports. ... 's rough as in places:giggle:
