My clamp meter doesn't do auto-off, it does a low power mode where it turns to screen off so you can't see it's still on
Naturally, there isn't a 9V to be found when I next come to use it.
Not a perfect solution, but I found these rechargeable 9's. It might be flat when I want the meter, but at least 5min of charging will put the meter back into service.

There screening tripods, you wind them up or down to your required level. Screed and the lift them.out as you work back

I've ordered these direct out of china - alliexpress or fleabay.
Make sure it's a lithium-xxx chemistry and not a NiCd / NiMH - look for the USB charge socket.

(NiCd / NiMH only put out 8.4V when fully charged, they need a special charger and take 12h to charge)
Oh, and don't believe the specs - some are rated with numbers like 6800mAh - no way! (even 1000mAh is optimistic)

Nice. Could do with one here. Got another 100 ton of granite to get up a fairly steep field and wheeled dumper starting to flounder somewhat.

Yup, with some water storage tanks in it.

Customer found some pretty good recycled type 1 at an unbelievable price for round here- £17.50/ton! The steel tracks are bloody brilliant for compacting, I’ve only used the digger whacker in the tight spots where I couldn’t track.

Is that recycled as in its reused quarried type1? Or crushed hardcore type1? Either way I’m glad I don’t have the pay southern prices!!

Will need more than just tracks on it though, get an 800mm ride on etc give it a good going over or leave it high let it naturally settle over next few months,

Did it have a liner or was it concrete? Did you poke some holes in it let the water out

That’s cheap still, limestone mot delivered to edale 2 miles from quarry was 21/ton last month

Not had any quarried type1 for a while, only 10mm clean.. must of had another jump up in price!
