Something special about a D1. When they first talked about the Grenadier, my thoughts where all it needs to be is an update on a D1.I have both. Have to say I prefer the disco 1. Just because it's Defender basic but with all the comforts you need. Hands down been the best bang for buck in a truck I've ever had. Had mine 3 years now. Have spent on things like timing belt and clutch but absolutely never let me down. Just bought the Disco 2 to eventually replace it but still find myself going everywhere in the D1!
Honestly it’s the most boring vehicle ever invented i think but if you just want to go a to b with no fuss drama or worries there's probably not much better. Gets annoying going for mot every year and coming back with a pass and probably gets serviced less than half as often as it should. Now and again she says she fancies something newer but i genuinly wouldn't know what else would cost f all to keep going.Haha Monday morning....that call![]()
twice eh ?Yea I ended up very stonednever made it near any ladies, lucky him getting his money’s worth, I would only need about 3 minutes, whether I’m drunk or not

Thats what I've been doing today- loads of windblown willow and a big fire- can't beat it this time of year.Something satisfying about clearing overgrown hedges and trees
I now really want one of these. No idea what I'd do with it ... but I really want one regardless. When you need to move some concrete lego blocks you don't faff about when you have a Haulotte Multijob. Could have moved 4 at a time if the bucket was wide enoughView attachment 42353View attachment 42354
Had some large stumps to dig out on this job too.
