Bit of overflow ditching from the back of my yard through a neighbours field straight toward the river!
Turned up with my machine and trailer and my neighbour had a machine laying around so borrowed that instead 👌🏻

We’ve got 3 32mm connections to do in this one farm courtyard all cobbles and such thennanothrr. 32mm to take 450m down to another farm through a huge boulders field with some sticking out ground as big as houses. I’m only one digging as well other lads can load dumpers etc but not good enough yet to trench well

48z, only had 750 hrs on it but it had been abused to hell(cab was full of parts which had fell off and no one had bothered to bolt back on!), also surprising how much shorter the dipper is to my 57c! Still plenty of power, and smooth as it needs to be!

Bloody conservation bods, if you disguised the ducts to blend in with the surroundings by artistically draping them in big bale string, net wrap and shreds of silage wrap they'd object because you couldn't "read" the alteration to the historic landscape 😁
The trade does seem to attract cockwombles........ or more often cockwomblesses (or whatever the current acceptable term is)
