Yeah would have been herron bone but no room for it so a drainage design for both properties was done to get over building control officer concern'sTidy, so the ensign just drains into the rings soakaway?

They were the thing round here throughout the 50s to 90s (soakaway rings) in the right ground they work (obviously) but at that time there were no controls on installations or soil tests so firms used to put something similar in despite ground conditions and obviously lots of them failed - often they put a overflow into a ditch if there was an option but that's not really good enough for today's norms.Normally herron bone linear drainage fields but no room to do the large layout that would have been required
Still, rather have one of those than a Ferrari.
You wouldn't be far off for a 7MWR but there is absolutely nothing in that size class that compares, it makes the little Volvo, Bobcat, Wacker ducks look like toys, even though its a touch bigger than those it will also work in a smaller space, lift more, more reach.... the list goes on.Those mecalac ducks look a brilliant machine, would be perfect for over here and driving to jobs.
That must be dear though, I'm guessing most of £100,000?

Think that's coming down to the Torbay airshow soon for the queen's jubilee- along with spitfires, red arrows etc. Love the sound of wartime aircraft.Had a day out locally today - ended up with an amazing view of a Lancaster bomber fly past. The noise it made was incredible!
I never understand why people won't work manually. Whilst there are some bad days it can actually be very rewarding and give a high level of jobs satisfaction. The problem with this country is the majority of people don't want to work manually, easier to get paid for sitting behind a computer or answering a telephone.
If you start a decent company everyone is out to screw you, the government, h & s, employees and clients, the government do not want self employed people easier to deal with a few big corporations than thousands of individuals
The boss will be deleting your account shortlyAgree............. a Ferrari is only a BCS painted green anyway

I think the problem in construction is lack of consistency of work and the fact governments for years have tried to put the dregs of society into it.I never understand why people won't work manually. I also find it amusing how pissed off alot of these middle management desk jock types would be if they found out ground workers get paid alot more than them.
Some of the jobs I see advertised for supposedly quite senior positions paying less than a barrow pusher on a tarmac gang gets paid
