The home page says theyve been trading 23 years but about us says they've been going nearly 12 years, they could at least have matching pages

Cheap prices, all low hours and no two pictured at the same location. You'd think they'd at least realise how it's looks themselves ffs.

The details in companies house are a red flag

3 months ago they were looking to have the company struck off.

The actual registered business address is permanently closed. So was probably just name plate for Ltdco registers

The address on the website is a small industrial estate. Yet they have an aerial view of a large yard with plant and equipment.

The micro accounts submitted have a balance sheet doesn't appear to show substantial assets as to what is on the website.

Many of the website photos look to be in a foreign country.

What it could be RGS Plant are no longer officially trading. Someone else has taken the name to give it a look of respectability.

I think I'll give them a call tomorrow, see if they fancy taking a low hours mini digger in PX. I'm sure the receiver will go dead very quickly.

Seems there are plenty of people will to take my money but none willing to actually supply a digger for it.

Stop looking on ebay and find where you're local dealers are go and see what they have got. They maybe won't take on many machines in you're price range if you're looking for something older but might put you in touch with someone who does.

Yeah, original pic is from budd plant. It’s amazing how you remember the yards of genuine sellers.

So have you been there?

Located in: John Long Furniture Centre.

ebay: Not happy with the digger we bought not as described seller very greedy
Kubota KX36-2, 1.5 mini ton digger, similar to JCB or TAKEUCHI - *LOW HOURS* (#303250706353)

That would be me gone, As I have found out either Pay Now (Reputable dealer/higher initial outlay) or Pay Later (buy cheap/there are no free lunches). I'm in the latter category.

The google feedback. Always wary where it mentions someone by name. Seen on Trust pilot for firms that are doing their own feedback
