How's your gold doing at the moment @doobin. Fair to say unsurprisingly in the last few weeks my index funds have been dropping at a rate similar to when Trump was throwing tariffs around this time last year. Only this time I can't see things recovering quite as quick

Everything is down currently. Rather unsetettling. Miners have taken a double whammy due to the price of oil. Gold by rights should be higher with all the war uncertainty. However, high oil prices strengthen the dollar as there is more demand for it to buy oil. And of course money has been flowing out of all commodities into oil.

Nevertheless, the war will need to be paid for, and that only means one thing- printing dollars.
