Tank inspection camera, GoPro any good?

Had a couple of sceptic tank surveys to do recently and could do with a decent camera to video or take photos inside the tanks. Does anyone use 1 or similar for inspection if so would it be any good. Thinking it can be mounted on a long telescopic handle.
Also can you stream to a table live?

I’ve got a cannon digital camera which can stream live to my iPhone.. fully waterproof & drop resistant too.. probably hardest thing would be setting up the lighting so it can capture the tank decent enough to see any issues. @Giles may know?

Go pro be the best thing or equivalent like dji osmo action small convenient and easy to wash and can stream to tablet or phone.

Bought this 1 attachable to electrical rods, can stream to phone etc also has built in sd card so can send up pipes etc, waterproof ip67.
Bit of a pain to set up for some reason but working on phone and tablet.
Video and photos 720p so not as good as the more expensive stuff.
£189 with the vat
