This was a recent installation our Rototilt Service Team carried out on this Takeuchi TB295W. Customer was wanting a tiltrotator from Rototilt. We supplied and installed our Rototilt R3 with S45 top hitch machine coupler, S45 lower, ICS Sensor Control System with our SecureLock, further more we supplied and fitted Rototilt wheel steer. All in all a fantastic setup and combination. Thanks.

What a stunning set-up!! And welcome to the forum.

Thank you, I hope to have some more interesting installs and news on our products soon which I will happily post on the forums, it's always good to hear the opinions from the operators of these tiltrotators - without these guys input, we would not move forward (y)

Is that over here, or over where you are Adien??

The Installation was carried out at Willowbrook Plant Sales (Takeuchi Dealer)on behalf of Alex Huett of TGS Total Groundwork Solutions Ltd. The installation was carried out by our Rototilt Service Team, which included Aiden O'Neal, his expertise was required on this particular install. Due to the amount of work the customer had commissioned for this excavator, we had to work around other installers from other companies, so the installation took 2 weeks in total to complete but that said and everything working as intended the customer has got one hell of a setup and is over the moon with everything but hats off to Alex Huett it was one hell of an investment and I have no doubt will pay off for him in the long run. Worth noting as well on this set-up, We have a machine specific install kit. Designed in the factory to fully integrate with the machines own control system. No cutting into looms, or piping in extra valves to run the tiltrotator. All joystick controls are mirrored on to the new L8 joysticks. A new valve is mounted for the wheel steering system and all brackets and hoses factory made as well. You would be hard pushed to tell what is Rototilt and what is Takeuchi on this machine.

Love this setup

It's a nice setup indeed, Alex Huett of TGS has invested a huge amount of thought, ideas and of course not forgetting pound notes to get this spec where he wanted it to be. I am just grateful he chose to go with Rototilt as the preferred supplier for the tiltrotator and control system, cheers Tom (y):)(y)
