Takeuchi TB016 track issues

Hi all,

Got a Takeuchi tb016 that keeps popping the track off. Tension is holding.

Attached picture of track and sprocket, how do you tell if the track or sprocket is too worn?

Sprockets are about 60% +

I would check the idler bearings and the top sliders..... Takeuchis have never been overly great for this if used off the flat anyway.... I probably loose a track every day if working on rough ground with a 2018 219
