This is the quarry'ed 6f2 we get

we don't have any fancy coloured bins ....
only things go up the drive, is a box of glass maybe 3 monthly, two black bags of ash out the burning bin about once every six weeks, or so and a food waste bin, 'praps once a month with chicken bones, tea bags and stuff, you'd not want in the compost bin, attracting rats.
Tins get flattened and in the scrap bin and all other packaging gets converted to ash for the black bag collection
compost bin gets a lot of Pam's garden waste and a proportion of grass cuttings (too much to put it all in). Used to get the tea bags, 'til we learnt that they all have an ultra fine plastic mesh, woven into the material in them now, to stop them bursting and explained why they didn't break down

Ash can go on the compost, or if you have any acidic soil you can sling it straight on.we don't have any fancy coloured bins ....

Tea bags are a PITA, but we do tear them open and compost the tea, can see why no-one would bother with that though.
I think all we bin is plastics and glass. Any leftover food which is non compostable (mainly meat bones, fish skin etc) goes on the wall at the end of the yard, it's all gone within a few hours. Crows, Jackdaws and Magpies take it, if they don't a local cat does.
We only put a bin out on the road once every 3 weeks now which is a bonus as it's a 1/4 trek, either goes up there in the dumper or the van.

The 6f2 looks like it could dirty and mushy when it gets wet. Looks like what we would call grizzly, bigger stuff with finer dirtier stuff in it, basically the cheapest stuff in quarry, last i got was £4/ton delivered

It's the result of first crushing after blasting in the granite quarrys down here it goes in like iron wet or dry
