I wondered why their website was down this morning. They were a cracking firm to deal with back in the day when you were just as likely as not to be talking to Justin 😉

Total crap more recently though - I doubt other saw retailers will miss them much as they totally cocked the uk market up by volume selling with minimal margin.
Shame though, not a nice thing to see.

I don't understand how such a popular company have managed to go so wrong.
£700k losses in the most recent accounts... fk knows how much this last year!
If your business is buying and then selling for profit I struggle to see how these sort of losses build up (unless those at the top are bleeding the cash out of the firm……)

And at what point did someone think oh well trade our way out of a 700k debt by selling even more lower margin stuff and costs are increasing.... Directors be up and doing again tomorrow as well. Joke company law in this country.
Had a bit to do with a German outfit that went under ...state took them to the cleaners... litterally everything he had no hiding it like over here.

Interesting discussion regarding why Thames Water should just go into Administration rather than be Nationalized. Rees Mogg on GB news has it spot on. The water will still flow and there should not be a bail out to the lenders and shareholders.

Lots of f**k ups so far
A big bridge that's to replace the old one to allow widening of road is 6ft shorter than it should be
And another bridge is too high or low or has sunk slightly depends who you ask
Wish Mac alpine was still around
