Should I replace my Track Motor or get it repaired?

I emailed Flowfit, and they said a replacement would take around 2 - 3 weeks, and it is warranted for 12 months, £305

Mfr Replacement would take 2 - 3 days and is warranted for 24 months, £430

The Mfr Replacement might be £125 more, but I would get it in 2 - 3 days' time instead of 2 - 3 weeks. It would be brand new, built with the MFR's original parts, and it would have an extra year's warranty.
I’d wait the 2 weeks and at least have one decent part on your machine 👍🏼

I purchased a new one, and it arrived yesterday.
I could not face worrying about installing a reconditioned or replica part.

The unit has 24 months warranty and is practically identical to the one I have taken out.
