any chance of them making a break for freedom @Mick-the-fitter .... not had one of these apart and don't know if the plungers are captive or can escape ???You can cover all the ports if you wish, the poppets are a little sensitive, that’s fine! Once the flange is out of the way, cover each plunger in tooth paste one at a time and work in and out round and round also, they will go black, this is good, the tooth paste won’t damage anything, wash it all off when you have all the plungers moving in and out smoothly! Then once done we can go through the reassembly part

I'd be getting an old sheet/large towel ... cutting a hole in the middle and covering everything over around that Dyl, with just the servo housing poking out the hole in the sheet ... cleanliness is paramount in there

Well done, have a bowl of petrol ready, not thinners the brass doesn’t like it, take each one out at a time, check the spring is ok, push the plunger through the brass surround and cover the plunger with tooth paste with a little water push the plunger in and out of the brass holder, finally when you think it is free enough wash it with the water, dry it all off. Dip the plunger in the petrol and place both parts together, move on to the next one!

Yeah with hose's on. And yes the arm dose what it should
Its funny, when i first bought it, it wouldn't lift it's self up when cold. I thought I'd bought a nail.
But now its obvious that when that back plunger was stuck down it wouldn't do 2 things at once.
